The Woven Bleached Fabrics is produced through several processes, which include weaving preparation (warping and sizing) and others. Initially, yarn is coated with starch and then weaved. It gives more strength and abrasion resistance to the end fabric. Before dyeing and finishing, the size is removed with enzymes and scouring. The starch then breaks down and removed by washing. The resultant product is woven fabric, which is also called gray goods. It is further finished, by passing through different finishing process like bleach, pre-shrunk, dye and print. The final woven bleached fabrics in different prints and solid colors are ready for being transformed into clothing or furnishing.
