Tisser India is a start-up of handicrafts and rural products in wholesale and as a retail establishment located in Mumbai, Maharashtra since September 2014 as an LLP and is now registered as a Private limited company, as Tisser Rural Handicrafts. At present Tisser links over 300 products coming from multiple rural clusters encompassing more than 4000 artisans across multiple states of India. We aim to link the products to modern urban markets, creating a base for skilled, sustainable rural employment, and preserving India's traditional handicrafts in the process. All products are carefully crafted and Tisser works closely with these artisans.
