I am here filing a complaint against a supplier who is giving a fake GST bill the supplier name is GAURAV NAVALAKHA firm name is Shreeyaa Designer Creation supplier GST Number is : 08ADSPN1906H2ZA. This person started first deal with us on dated 21/10/2018 and introduce himself by name Manish Jain who is sales executive in Shreeyaa designer Creation I trust him and took a good worth Rs. 22779.75 incl of GST he has issued us a challan number 1509 from a challan book he carry in his bag of SDC whose full form is Shreeyaa Designer Creation and Promised us to give us the GST invoice of same after reaching office, He told us that he has 2 firms so I issued him cheque without name because he promised us to write the name after billing from specified firm. When the cheque come in clearing I found that he has written name of Some Mohd Irfan in it and presented it for clearing when I asked him to why he do so he said that Mohd Irfan is also my firm I will issue you GST bill of same after my lot of request he finally issued a Invoice but the GST number on that invoice was fake and there is a gst number in invoice ie. 08AASPI5193E2ZA is also fake. He also not filled right details of my firm on it. I warned it that I will make a complaint of it in GST department but he started arguing with me and said he do not afraid of department. I again warn him but he haven’t provided me correct invoice in the mean while he start sending his employs to my office and threaten me to accept fake bill only I refuse to do so and request him to give me correct invoice and if he can’t he can pay me my payment back and take his goods but he is not ready to do so after lot of argument he again made a fake invoice and send on my email id devyaiinternational@gmail.com from his email id ashreeyaa50@gmail.com of sum amount of Rs. 52,190.00 of dated 02-11-2018 without any E-way bill or any relevance documents. His act disturbed me and my business badly. After his fake activity I also come to know that he is not Manish jain he is Gaurav who is operating by multiple name and doing fraud with everyone. I request department to take strict action against such a Person who is doing such a fake activity and also check his accounts because he is doing this with almost everyone.I am also sending hard copy of this complaint with copy of all relevant documents in department and all relevant documents are also attached here with.
