The name of the Company has been changed from Digjam Textiles Limited to Digjam Limited with effect from March 23, 2016 pursuant to Scheme of Amalgamation amongst erstwhile Digjam Limited and Digjam Textiles Limited and their respective creditors and shareholders and the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name issued by the Registrar of Companies.
