For instance, before developing the AUTOLEVELLER, we thoroughly study and analyze about the primer Autoleveller, DK Cards, Lakshmi, Rieter Latest Cards, etc. AMARNAATHH ENTERPRISES is primarily engaged in designing both long-term and mid-term autoleveller for use in Rieter and all types of carding machines. In our midterm Autoleveller, we have introduced additional feed roller at the back zone next to the lickerin feed roller. Thus, the feed roller first checks the thickness of the feed material at both the sides and collects the reference hank from the front delivery sensor roller. By referring the three places material thickness, the reading is then processed through the PLC. The PLC then alters the speed of the lickerin feed roller as per the delivery hank. Before entering the lickerin zone, the controlled material enters in the lickerin zone. This helps in achieving and maintaining 2.5% CV, +/- 0.005 hank variation.
