I have ordered some material from your company 4 months before for our shop at Oman and we paid the full amount in advance, till date material not delivered. We contact your person regularly (+91 8418041716) he was telling different excuses and finally he agreed to sent back money before 15th of last month. After that we tried to contact him he is not responding. Hence we planning to give a complaint to embassy to get our money back.. Hoping for a replay
