We are engaged in offering our clients, a wide range of Horizontal Yarn Dyeing Machinethat is used for handling all kinds of yarn of natural and synthetic fibers or blends wound on packages. These are designed in compliance with international quality standards and are manufactured using quality material. The machines can reach a minimum liquor ratio of 1:3 with some yarns even if it is fully flooded. Our product range is available in small and large capacity with the same accessories and with automatic or dummy valves for load reduction and can reduce capacity up-to 30% of the full load. Our clients can dye weighing from 10 Kgs up to 2500 Kgs.

• Lowest Liquor Ratio of 1 : 3 in fully Flooded. ( MLR 1:3)
• Capacity of the Machine start from 10 Kg to 600 Kg
• Due to Horizontal Design No Hoist/No Crane/No Platform/No Foundation Required
• Machine can be installed in normal Factory Shed Height of 10 feet 12 Feet.
• Main Keir and all wet part are made of stainless steel
• Main pump is controlled by advance inverter
• Multi-Stage Turbo Main Pump
• Low Liquor ratio saves Steam, Chemical, Effluent and mainly water
  
• Reliable Door locking Device Electro-Mechanical
• Lid safety interlocking device
• PLC with Touch Screen for 300 programs with multiple steps each programs.
